We are seeking to appoint a Non‑Executive Director to join our Board and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s strategic direction, performance, and governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a growing, patient‑centred organisation and to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve. 

We are looking for a Non‑Executive Director with strong Board‑level experience who can provide confident, independent challenge and strategic assurance, supported by deep expertise in digital transformation, technology‑enabled service delivery, and digital governance. You will bring a proven track record of delivering results in complex organisations at director level or equivalent, alongside the ability to make an effective and impactful contribution at Board level. 

You will demonstrate inclusive leadership, sound judgement, and the confidence to navigate complexity and make challenging decisions in support of long‑term strategic objectives. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to influence at Board level will be essential as DHU continues to grow and enhance the services it provides to its communities.
